The governing body of the witch world, the Witches Council is a group of powerful witches and warlocks who make the rules and regulations for all witches. They also assign tasks and punishments to witches who break the rules or need guidance. The head of the Witches Council is Drell, a sarcastic and arrogant warlock who has a crush on Hilda.
The Other Realm
The parallel dimension where most witches and other magical creatures live, the Other Realm is a place where anything can happen. It has many different locations and realms, such as the Pleasure Dome, the Netherworld, Witchright Hall, Cloud 10, etc. Sabrina often visits the Other Realm for various reasons, such as attending witch school, meeting her relatives, or having fun.
The Quizmaster
Sabrina’s mentor and teacher in season two, the Quizmaster is a young and hip warlock who helps Sabrina pass her Witch’s License exam. A magical device that allows Sabrina to communicate with her friends and family in the mortal world while she is in the Other Realm, the Magic Book is a large book that has a screen and a keyboard.
